Karen founded the former psychotherapy group practice Cohesive Therapy NYC and Expressive Talks Life Coaching, two practices dedicated to helping professionals and leaders thrive in high-pressure environments. She holds advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Clinical Anxiety Treatment, Gottman Level 1, Practical/Experiential Therapy for Couples (PET-C), and has a subspecialty in Psychogastroenterology. Karen applies these tools in accessible, results-driven ways to solve real-world challenges—whether it’s navigating client resistance, inspiring team performance, or making bold business moves.
