Since 1995, Elyse Gutman has served New York City's residents as an expert real estate agent and broker. In 1998 she joined The Corcoran Group, and from 2004 to 2023, she and her husband, Steve, operated as The Gutman Team. In early 2024, Elyse became a strategic partner with The Gasdaska Conlon Team, combining their $1B+ in sales volume and 40+ years of experience with her professionalism and determination. Then, The Gasdaska Conlon Team transitioned from The Corcoran Group to Douglas Elliman, becoming The GVC Team. Elyse moved to Douglas Elliman with the team, ensuring her clients continue to receive the exceptional white-glove service that GVC provides.
Elyse is a distinguished New York City broker with a career marked by numerous accolades. In 2014, she was awarded the prestigious New York Residential Specialist designation by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and holds the certification of a Real Estate Negotiation Expert. In recent years, Elyse has successfully brokered transactions exceeding $100,000,000 in total sales, positioning her among the top 2% of sales associates at Anywhere Real Estate, Inc.

A native New Yorker, Elyse is a graduate of New York University and the New York School of Interior Design. After raising her two daughters in Great Neck with her husband, she relocated to Manhattan in 1991. Elyse and her husband, Steve, were both actively involved in the Young Presidents Organization and share a passion for travel, particularly enjoying their vacations in Italy.
